Cash Flow Analyst monitors the cash flow into and out of the organization. Shifts funds as needed in order to maintain liquidity requirements. Being a Cash Flow Analyst initiates or approves transfers or deposits in response to the funding needs of the organization. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Additionally, Cash Flow Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Cash Flow Analyst works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Assesses, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Coordinates and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate and timely patient placement and/or transfer. Coordinates and communicates capacity management plan to nursing units, leadership team, and physicians. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards of care as required by patient populations.
BSN preferred. All Registered Nurses who do not have their BSN will be required to sign a BSN Agreement committing to successfully obtain their BSN within 5 years of hire. Proficient with healthcare system's computer programs. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
