Flow Automotive Companies is seeking a Group Analyst.

The Group Analyst will assist the Group President with financial planning, expense management, and budgetary structure for the assigned Group of stores within Flow Companies.  This initial position will have a one-year term and will be responsible for creating the standard for future Director of Group Finance positions within each Group.  The Senior Director of Group Finance will also assist the Group President in operational concerns, as assigned.

Daily responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Development of standardized goals for each store combining best in class metric while accounting for OEM differentiation
• Preparation and review of weekly budgets with General Managers 
• Daily monitoring and reporting of key balance sheet accounts and communicating variances to appropriate managers
• Timely reporting of any and all variance to budgets
• Standardizing month-end F&I reporting by store and individual manager
• Focus on monthly service marketing budget, implementation, and variance
• Monthly submission of internal financial statements for approval with attached variance from budget and plan for improvement.
• Managing asset investment and depreciation and tracking to yearly budget
• Periodic reconciliation of Snapshot to Accounting
• Implementation of purchase order system for all non-personnel expense accounts.
• Implementation of electronic voucher system with vendors
• Review and preparation of pay plan projections and proposals for approval
• Development and implementation of projects and policies as assigned
• Assist with transition, process, and policy administration during buy-sell of stores within group, including DMS, IT, Personnel, etc.
• Maintenance of DMS MIS Reports

Fixed expense and Semi Fixed expense budgeting:

• Budgeting and 25th of the month review
• Review of expenses with suggestions for reduction
• Cash flow, contracts in transit
• Inventory management- help with inventory based forecast and final
• Establish initial budgets in conjunction with Department Heads for submission to GM
• Detailed final statement review as compared to last budget-  where were we off an why
• Establish process for long form budget for each GM
• Standardize month end reporting for F and I including reconciliation of bank statements
• Revise marketing budget and reconcile with Marketing dept
