Pinnacle Home Care, LLC. is currently looking for a Registered Nurses (RN,) Case Manager to perform home health visits in the North West RI areas. This position is a Case Manager position where the RN oversees a team of LPN's and works within a multi-disciplinary team including PT and OT.
All employees are paid .43 a mile, patient to patient.
