We're seeking Registered Nurses who share our passion for providing the highest quality of care available. Our Registered Nurses are responsible for providing Pediatric Home Health Care services to children suffering from chronic illnesses and other debilitating diseases. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing a team of nurses and is eager to help us build a company which is focused on a quality patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide moderately complex (journey-level) case management work
• Develops and implements service plan to meet client needs
• Participates in case reviews involving client/family and other service providers
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with clients and other social service and/or governmental agencies.
• May supervise the work of others, works under general supervision with moderate latitute for the use of initiative and independent judgment
• Promotes the agency mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others
• Functions as a resource to nursing staff regarding patient assessment and plan of care or performs patient assessment and develops a plan of care to assure consistent and appropriate care is provided in a focused manner.
• Employee may be assigned other duties in addition to those listed; duties may change according to the changing needs of the agency.
• Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree Nursing
• Two years of clinical experience with at least one year in pediatric population
• Must have Home Health Experience
• Must be proficient in usage of Pediatric DME
• Must have a current valid Texas motor vehicle operator's license
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Compassionate with good communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills required
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to converse fluently in both languages
