Case Worker - Home Care jobs in Austin, TX

You Are a Great Fit for This Role When You Have:

• At least two (2) years of experience working in Senior Care or Direct Patient Care as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA (Required)
• Experience in non-medical home care or other health care facility experience (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Valid Auto Insurance (Required)
• Fully Vaccinated (Required)
• Ownership of, or access to, a reliable vehicle for all scheduled workdays (Required)
• The ability to travel anywhere within FirstLight Home Care of Austin’s Territory
• One (1) year of related experience in training others (Preferred)
• Requires proficiency in electronic documentation and file management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google suites (Required)
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a positive, professional, business image, and a creative mindset.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for both Clients and Caregiving Staff
