Is your meticulous approach to administrative tasks matched by your unwavering commitment to client care and service?

Final question: When faced with a challenge, do you get excited or run away?

Brumley Law Firm is a paragon of legal acumen and compassionate advocacy. Headquartered in Kent, WA, with three satellite offices and growing, we began with a vision to serve those in need and have grown into a personal injury authority. Our firm is a place where legal expertise meets a profound sense of justice and support for the community. • Draft and send representation letters to insurance adjusters and medical providers.
      • Work diligently to obtain policy limits from the defendant’s carrier.
      • Craft and dispatch welcome letters to new clients and necessary communications to dropped clients.
      • Assist clients in locating and scheduling treatment and verify treatment compliance.
      • Conduct regular care calls to clients, maintaining a connection every 20-35 days.
      • Request, obtain, review, and organize medical records.
      • Obtain and review police reports, witness statements, and evidence such as photos.
      • Track case costs and manage financial aspects such as PIP liens and health insurance liens.
      • Draft demand letters and settlement memos.

    What we're looking for:

    • Experienced and Empathetic: With 4-5 years in a role within personal injury law, deeply understanding client advocacy.

    • Adaptable and Resilient: Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
    • Self-Reliant and Execution: Without evolution, newness, and innovation, there’s death - you’re self-autonomous, thrive in an environment with a start-up sense of urgency, and have a growth mindset

    Why you should work here:

    • Empowering Culture: Join a team that values your contribution, in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professional growth.
