Being a Case Manager - Mental Health Services acts as a liaison between patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure patients are being effectively treated. Typically requires a master's degree in social work or equivalent. Additionally, Case Manager - Mental Health Services typically requires a State License to Practice Clinical Social Work.
