Case Manager - Mental Health Services coordinates the overall plan of care for patients with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral problems. Oversees patient evaluation and treatment planning, and monitors patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Being a Case Manager - Mental Health Services acts as a liaison between patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure patients are being effectively treated. Typically requires a master's degree in social work or equivalent. Additionally, Case Manager - Mental Health Services typically requires a State License to Practice Clinical Social Work. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Case Manager - Mental Health Services occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Linn County Mental Health is recruiting for experienced mental health therapist to work with adults who experience a range of symptoms including trauma, depression, psychosis, and anxiety. The person filling this position should be skilled in assessment, individual and group therapy, case management and consultation. Candidates should have familiarity with Evidence Based Practice and have excellent case management and therapy skills. Must be willing to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and follow documentation requirements in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules and department policies and procedures.


     Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field is required. Two years post Master's Degree supervised experience in a similar position. Classification as a Mental Health Specialist 2, in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience, Education and Training Section above requires Oregon licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
