Case Manager - Mental Health Services coordinates the overall plan of care for patients with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral problems. Oversees patient evaluation and treatment planning, and monitors patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Being a Case Manager - Mental Health Services acts as a liaison between patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure patients are being effectively treated. Typically requires a master's degree in social work or equivalent. Additionally, Case Manager - Mental Health Services typically requires a State License to Practice Clinical Social Work. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Case Manager - Mental Health Services occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) is looking for a case manager to join their team. Located in the OKC metro, OCCIC provides non-hospital emergency intervention for adults dealing with mental health, substance abuse, or co-occuring issues. This position will be responsible for working as part of a treatment team to provide case management for facility consumers. The treatment philosophy is trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered and recovery-oriented in nature.

    • Salary: 

      • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $46,000.00 ($22.11/hr) plus benefits!

      • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $41,000.00 ($19.71/hr) plus benefits!

      • Behavioral Health Case Manager I: $39,000.00 ($18.75/hr) plus benefits!

    • FLSA Status: Nonexempt

    • Number of Vacancies: One (1)

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

    • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. 

    • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.

    • Behavioral Health Case Manager I: Completed 60 college credit hours; or High school diploma and 36 total months of experience working with persons who have a mental illness.

    Special requirements: 

    • Willing to fulfill any job related travel

    • Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
