Case Manager - Mental Health Services jobs in New Brunswick, NJ

We are a certified outpatient mental health office licensed with the New Jersey Department of Human Services doing individual and group therapy work to help clients from all of NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of LSW's & LAC's

- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional development and ensure quality of care.

- Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and other medical documentation.

- Monitor client progress and outcomes through data collection and analysis.

- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols.

- Provide direct psychotherapy services to clients as needed.

-Advocate for clients and lead in conflict resolution and crisis management.

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions.

- Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) to provide clinical supervision of LSW/LACs, assist with managing client, caseloads, and maintain clinical standards.

Required Experience:

• NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of 3 years clinical supervisory experience in behavioral health
• Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certificate
