Job Description:
Bachelor-level candidate needed to fill a full-time, third-shift, clinical position on a dynamic community crisis team. FSS Case Manager will assist individuals staying in our short-term crisis apartments with applying skills learned in therapy, connecting them to community resources, and supporting them during their crisis. In addition, they may be deployed to the community with a clinician to assist with clients in crisis. Must be able to work closely within a multidisciplinary team.
