Case Manager - Mental Health Services coordinates the overall plan of care for patients with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral problems. Oversees patient evaluation and treatment planning, and monitors patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Being a Case Manager - Mental Health Services acts as a liaison between patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure patients are being effectively treated. Typically requires a master's degree in social work or equivalent. Additionally, Case Manager - Mental Health Services typically requires a State License to Practice Clinical Social Work. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Case Manager - Mental Health Services occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, motivated individual with strong organization and time management skills to join our dynamic team providing consultations as part of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC). CCBHC’s provide equitable, high quality integrated behavioral health care that is sustainable. The CCBHC model is an outpatient model that provides integrated services including 24/7 crisis response and medication-assisted treatment. It also meets strict criteria regarding access, quality reporting, staffing, and coordination with social services, justice, and education systems.

    Qualifications: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Services related field and/or equivalent education and experience in behavioral health environment. Experience in Business or Marketing a plus. Must hold a valid KS Drivers License. Must be able to pass background checks: child/adult abuse registries, KBI, motor vehicle, excluded parties reports and national offender registries as well as drug/alcohol testing.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $17.00 per hour
