Case Manager - Mental Health Services jobs in Benton Harbor, MI

Mobile Crisis Clinician needed to join our crisis services team providing immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises & emotional distress. Conducts assessments, de-escalates crisis situations, & provides appropriate interventions to ensure the individual's safety & well-being. Provides crisis services to individuals wherever they are; including home, work or anywhere else in the community where the individual is experiencing a crisis.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling with appropriate licensure. LMSW preferred.
• At least 2 years' clinical experience in community-based mental health services, including crisis intervention and response.
• Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills and ability to provide effective crisis stabilization services to youth and adults.
• Driver's license with own transportation to deliver services in locations throughout Van Buren County, that may or may not be barrier-free. [Mileage reimbursement provided.]
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to be punctual, manage time and crisis situations flexibly & effectively, and demonstrate good judgment.

Position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) during regular office hours of 8:30am-5pm.
