Case Manager - Mental Health Services coordinates the overall plan of care for patients with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral problems. Oversees patient evaluation and treatment planning, and monitors patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Being a Case Manager - Mental Health Services acts as a liaison between patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure patients are being effectively treated. Typically requires a master's degree in social work or equivalent. Additionally, Case Manager - Mental Health Services typically requires a State License to Practice Clinical Social Work. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Case Manager - Mental Health Services occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Guymon Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning. 

    Job Type/Salary:

    • Full-time
    • Annual Salary: up to $40,000 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
    • Full compensation range of $50,639 - $63,349 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents)
    • Primary Working Hours: M, W, TR, F 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Tu 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
    • One (1) Vacancy
    • FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt.  

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.

    Special Requirements:  

    • Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background. 

    • Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.  

    • Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.  Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. 

    • (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
