    Position:Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - In-Person and Telehealth Services including TMS Therapy

    Job Description: As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be a crucial member of our mental health care team, providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to adolescents and adults. You will have the unique opportunity to offer both in-person and telehealth services, utilizing your expertise to deliver holistic and patient-centered care. Additionally, you will be trained and certified to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, a revolutionary treatment option for individuals with depression, OCD and related conditions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and prescribe appropriate medications as needed for patients across the lifespan.
    • Provide individualized therapy and counseling, leveraging evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
    • Offer in-person and virtual visits, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for patients seeking care.
    • Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) mapping

    sessions, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in psychiatric treatments, including TMS therapy, to enhance patient outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry.
    • Current Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in Psychiatry.
    • Experience providing psychiatric care to adolescents and adults.
    • Proficiency in conducting telehealth sessions and using virtual communication platforms.
    • Certification or willingness to become certified in administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
