Footprints Heros Home Gate is a 24/7 staffed Veteran transitional housing organization. We provide one-on-one case management, 3 warm meals a day, a room, and more. This position requires working with veterans with varying backgrounds and needs. We pride ourselves on working collectively with the VA and other organizations to assist in obtaining veterans with independent living and long term success. Some clients we serve may have issues with substance abuse, therefore in accompaniment with VA guidelines, we are a Drug and Alcohol-free workplace. Can managers have a caseload of 5-10 clients, whom they work closely with to meet goals, generally financial, legal and of housing nature. Pay is exact and based on experience.

Ideal candidates are friendly, motivated, and self-sufficient. Caseworkers work with minimal supervision or direction and must be able to stay on task. Caseworkers must be able to maintain professional boundaries in a relaxed, close environment. Preference is given to Veterans in hiring.
