Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials according to specifications and industry standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas
- Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, repairing any damage, and ensuring a smooth surface
- Install flooring materials such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, or tile
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate tools and equipment
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow installation instructions
- Proficient in using power tools and other equipment related to flooring installation
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and installing flooring materials
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including cleaning, buffing, and maintenance
- Carpentry skills for preparing subfloors and making necessary repairs
- Experience with tile laying is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Note: This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working in various environments.
