Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties such as cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs

Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or commercial cleaning is preferred, at least 2 years experience
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
