We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Events Casino Dealer to join our events team. As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional gaming experience to our guests during specific events. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
As an Events Casino Dealer, you will be able to pickup event shifts at your choosing. A typical event is 3-hours and will pay $75 to $100 depending on your experience. No experience in dealing? No problem! We offer paid training and some free practicing at our friendly education environment. Supplies are available for take-home practicing as well!
Duties:
- Conduct various casino games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain game rules and procedures to players
- Deal cards or operate gaming equipment
- Monitor game play to ensure fairness and adherence to regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during gameplay
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Casino Dealer is preferred but not required (we can teach and train, partially paid)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent guest service skills
- Knowledge of casino games and rules is a plus
