JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the career services department and process for the College of Law, assisting with development of job prospects and recruiting for the program
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All aspects of career services and placement for the College of Law, including but not limited to: managing the College's professional development and career services activities; counseling students related to career services and professional development; building and nurturing relationships with a wide range of current and prospective employers; cultivating and developing new placement opportunities; providing education and information to students on diverse topics related to career development; implementing and maintaining effective data collection, analysis and reporting mechanisms to enable the College to gauge its Career Services effectiveness; assisting the College with its reporting obligations; assisting in the College's marketing efforts related to the College and Career Services; and working collaboratively with other offices and personnel at the College of Law and University; helping maintain the College's website related to Career Services.
