The Cardiology Manager will report directly to the Cath Lab/Cardiology Director. Supported by two assistant managers and several tenured staff, this person will lead a fantastic team and busy department with state of the art technology, a unique and patient centered approach, and seasoned staff devoted to quality care. The ideal candidate will have previous Cath Lab experience.
The Cardiology Manager will be in charge of overseeing that care provided by all staff is efficient and thorough. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Cardiology/Cath Lab Director and physicians to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital’s standards and values.
