Cardiology of Southern California is in need of an Site Supervisor. This is a dynamic role that includes managing all day-to-day operations, hands-on clinical assistance, provider and clinic relations, new patients, staff and providers, schedules, healthcare certifications, patient issues and other duties pertaining to the successful operation and growth of the clinic.
The clinic is a fast-paced private practice cardiology center with two MD's, one Nurse Practitioner, 25 employees and 3 locations with on-site testing such as echocardiograms, vasculars, nuclear stress tests, holters, mcots, etc. seeing over 150 patients/day. We have been operating for over 30 years.
Requirements for the position include:
- 1 years management experience in the healthcare field
- 3 years direct patient-care experience in the healthcare field (such as medical assistant)
- Ability to efficiently and effectively run day-to-day operations, including solving a variety of clinical and operations issues as they occur
- Talented in tasks such as clinical staff training and management, attention to detail, organization, interpersonal skills and multitasking
Preferred:
- Familiarity with cardiology equipment, devices, testing and terminology
- Speaks Spanish
