About the Hospital / Director Cardiology (RN) Position:

• Non-profit, growing, cutting-edge 450 bed medical center and teaching hospital
• Position will manage a very busy and growing Cath and EP Lab with a team of 40 FTE's
• Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Director

Director Cardiology Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) degree is required
• RN Active License required
• Minimum of two (2) years of cardiac leadership experience required
• Must have at least five (5) years Cardiac Cath Lab and/or EP Lab clinical experience, ideally with complex procedures
• Must have previous experience leading a team, being able to engage, mentor and motivate others, and establishing collaborative relationships across all levels
• Proven track record of improving outcomes and efficiencies.
