Cardio-Pulmonary Perfusionist jobs in Oklahoma

• Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
• Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival.
• Check patients In and Out
• Collect Copays and Past due balance
• Prepare all paperwork for clinic.
• Scheduling and Rescheduling if needed.
• Medical records
• Scanning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 3 years (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 5 years (Preferred)
