Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager jobs in South Dakota
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager plans and implements the overall policies, procedures, and services of the cardiac catheterization lab. Ensures efficient and effective lab operations, including quality control and compliance with regulations and policies. Being a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager supports Cardiologists with service delivery and resources. May be responsible for hiring and training of new employees as well as budgetary control for the lab. Additionally, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a director. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Clinical Laboratory has an opening for a Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) or equivalent to join our histology team.
Duties include: embedding, microtomy, chemical and reagent management, special stains and IHC procedures.
Certification: Preferred a certified HT or HTL. If you meet Minimum requirements (below) we will train the right candidate in a clinical setting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT NEEDED:
60 Semester hours of academic credit from a regionally accredited college university with A COMBINATION of 12 total Semester Hours in Biology AND Chemistry.
