As the main client contact and strategic leader of the entire business unit, the General Manager of Chicago will focus on ensuring complete adherence to contract terms as well as an exceptional client experience.

Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize processes to deliver increased ridership and drive operational efficiencies.
Unionized Labour Management: Develop and maintain positive relations with union representatives, ensuring a harmonious working environment and successful labor negotiations.
Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering innovation.
Client Management: Lead client relations as well as manage client requests to ensure timely resolution of all operational escalations.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to meet customer expectations and to ensure Health and safety regulations.
KPI Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Client/SHIFT Transit Operational KPIs
P&L Management: Own and manage the business unit’s P&L
