Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, catering, and inventory control.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members and other managers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and maintain quality standards for food and beverage production and service
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of catering, bartending, and culinary practices
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus

- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
