Card Room Manager manages and directs the card room daily activities. Responds to questionable activities by employees or customers and takes appropriate action to correct the situation. Being a Card Room Manager maintains integrity and security of all games, monies, and personnel. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Additionally, Card Room Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Card Room Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     How will you make an impact in this role?

    The Global Card Issuance organization is responsible for supporting and managing the production/manufacturing of cards, personalization/fulfillment of cards, delivery of cards, and the design/innovation of new cards for all proprietary card products globally. This role will support organization in areas such as strategy, operations, transformation, innovation, and card design. This role will play a key part in leading, managing, and supporting projects for card issuance, encompassing planning, designing, setup, executing, and implementing.

    • Primary lead for managing & implementing card issuance projects and initiatives
    • Managing the roadmap and portfolio of current and upcoming initiatives
    • Coordinating and driving alignment of cross-functional internal and external partners
    • Partnership with various issuance, operations, business, and supplier teams to drive and support initiatives for implementation and launch
    • Continuously influence teams across projects to streamline & enhance for results
    • Leading team of analyst(s)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Strong project management skills required
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint/slides and excel
    • Strong relationship building skills, both internal & external
    • Adept at problem solving and analysis; leveraging data-driven decisions
    • Dynamic, engaging, and inspiring leader; demonstrating colleague development
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues and teams working in culturally and geographically diverse environments
    • Ability to focus on strategic objectives and initiatives while managing daily demands
    • Results driven with the ability to effectively manage initiatives to completion
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in teams
    • Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated self-starter
    • Experience developing, leading, and managing roadmaps & portfolios
    • Travel Required, domestic (up to 10%)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with card issuance, design, manufacturing, and production
    • People Leadership experience preferred

    Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
