Captain/Pilot in Command (Small Non-Jet) ensures that trip of assigned flight (aircraft smaller than 12,500 pounds at takeoff) is conducted in the safest manner possible. Determines flight routes, speed, and take off and landing times to fulfill scheduling requirements. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Small Non-Jet) must stay current with federal and local flight regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Small Non-Jet) possesses current airline transport certificate with necessary type ratings. Requires a minimum of 5,000 hours of flight experience. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Captain/Pilot in Command (Small Non-Jet)'s years of experience requirement may be unspecified. 1-2 years previous experience customer service experience.
The right candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit - as well as good critical thinking skills essential for basic troubleshooting hardware and software issues, strong communication and customer service skills, a team-oriented work ethic, and obsession with the details. Good working, hands-on, knowledge of general IT concepts, basic laptop/desktop repair, software troubleshooting a plus.
Requires excellent time management, multitasking, deductive reasoning, strong verbal and written communication skills. Works directly with customers to ensures an excellent customer experience, resolves complaints, and leads by example to provide optimum customer service.
