Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and laser treatments
• Assess clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments and home care routines
• Educate clients on skincare techniques and products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, send faxes

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an esthetician or related field

- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations

- Proven ability to upsell products and services
