Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided tours, providing visitors with interesting and accurate information about the location
- Lead groups of various sizes through designated routes, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Answer questions and provide additional information to enhance the visitor's understanding
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the duration of the tour
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with visitors
- Assist with crowd management and ensure adherence to tour schedules
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate logistics and improve the overall visitor experience

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences
- Excellent public speaking abilities, projecting enthusiasm and confidence during tours
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring visitors feel welcome and valued
- Leadership qualities, capable of guiding groups while maintaining control and organization
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, allowing for effective communication with international visitors
- Time management skills, ensuring tours are conducted within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions is highly desirable

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
