Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) provides leadership and management of pilots, schedules, and records to maintain efficient and safe flight operations, comply with all FAA regulations, and deliver operational performance on company goals. Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. CLICK HERE to view our Sales Realistic Job Preview VideoHere's a bit more about what your job will be. Day to day you will:- Be the primary store-level salesperson to large format accounts like supermarkets and Mass Merchants
- Generate sales by building and leveraging customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, and providing exceptional customer service
- Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms
- Get regular feedback for improvement via key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs
- Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow the accounts and create efficiencies
- Be responsible for the execution of displays, builds, and promotions, which may require lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases ranging from 20-45 lbs. Position requires standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising product.
- Operate equipment for moving products (e.g., U-Boat, hand trucks, pallet jacks)
- Support Pepsi's strong safety culture by adhering to all safety standards and procedures
Job RequirementsWe'll teach you what you need to know, but we do have a few minimum requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Must have car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
