Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are looking for a full-time Support Specialist (Investments) to assist successful financial advisors at our Rockaway, NJ office. This individual must be detail-oriented, a strong problem solver, and someone who takes ownership on issues and sees them through. Candidates MUST be investment licensed and have experience.
This position is on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Paid training will take place at our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.
What you’ll be doing…
Investment Specialist
· Discuss and explain insurance policies, investment accounts, etc. Must understand different retirement account types.
· Assist with asset rollover process.
· Manage execution of Required Distributions, Money Movements, and ROTH Conversions (Non-Qualified Stretch, Beneficiary IRA, RMDs, etc.).
· Prepare NetX paperwork, ensuring accounts are opened and funded.
· Keep ongoing investment notes for all accounts.
· Create and manage Living Balance Sheet for all new clients.
Client Services
· Assist clients with problems, questions. Ability to have educated investment/insurance conversations. Follow through problems until they are completed resolved.
· Oversee the claims process and confirm paperwork is completed and submitted appropriately. Ensure positive client experience.
Administrative Duties
· Calendar Management: Identify meetings that need to be scheduled, confirm all details are present for virtual meetings (Zoom), send confirmations, etc.
· Meeting Preparation: Assist in compiling exhibits for meetings.
· All other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:
· Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
· Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Experienced with NetX360
· Securities licensed: SIE, 66
· Strong communication skills, especially when discussing investment products and insurance.
· Extremely detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
· A four‐year college degree
· Series 7
