Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Overview:
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide high level administrative support to multiple financial advisors by assisting with customized account paperwork, attending to account service needs, assisting with marketing projects, preparing financial reports, and other basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to use Microsoft Office programs with skill including Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
-Process both incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and phone calls
-Input notes into client files in Redtail CRM ( training will be provided)
-Prepare and process paperwork for both the opening and servicing of client accounts
-file paperwork ( either hard copy or electronic) into client files
-Utilize software available from websites to open and service client accounts
-all other duties as assigned
Skills:
-Detail Minded : Be extremely detailed in performing tasks. The ability to focus on the tasks at hand and pay attention to each and every detail
-Communications Skills: Clearly communicate with clients, companies and coworkers. Communication will include but not limited to speech and written statements including phone conversations, meeting, letters and notes in client files.
-Computers Skills: Must be able to utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Redtail CRM (training will be provided), websites from both the Broker-Dealer and also Investment Companies.
Professionalism: Must be able to act and look professional. Dress is business attire. The ability to arrive at work early or on time is imperative as is transportation to and from work.
Flexibility: From time to time there are tasks that come up that may require flexibility to accomplish those tasks
