Capacity Planning Supervisor jobs in Idaho
Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the town of Lava Hot Springs, ID.
This is a long term position. 10 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Paid at $28.29/hour. Pay is $24.29/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $28.29/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period.
The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.
Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one in last 3 years. You can do this at CVS Minute Clinics. Schedule appt. online at your local CVS. Cost is $75. We reimburse the $75 on the first paycheck - if you keep the reciept: www.minuteclinic.com
