Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     • Salaries can range from $60,000 and are commensurate with the position being offered and the individual experience of the employee.

Scan plans, fabrics, samples, photos, etc., for architecture and interiors projects. Answering incoming phone calls, assisting with applications and renewals of professional memberships, licensing, and certifications, business travel coordination– scheduling, booking, adjustments, and cancellations – hotel, car, flights, etc. Assist all team members with projects as requested — specific assistance and tasks required for all-staff functions – meetings, retreats, events, etc. Assist with financial operations. Responsible for depositing checks and maintaining deposit records. Responsible for managing all aspects of the petty cash. Coding and approval of general office invoices and expenses, Various accounting duties as assigned, management of all office equipment and supplies, including copiers, printers, fax machines, coffee pots, etc. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for efficient document management.
