Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Homeless Support Advocate assists households experiencing homelessness by triaging referrals for those at the “front door” of homelessness. This position assists customers to reduce barriers and increase access to existing homeless services such as Centralized Intake priority list. RPC’s Homeless Support Advocate assists households with crisis shelter plans as well as works on individualized goals focused on increasing housing stability. This position will provide initial pre-housing connection assistance, crisis housing counseling, referral connection, life skills development, support, and advocacy needed to maintain housing long term. This position will ensure delivery of assigned program services in accordance with Agency Vision, Mission, and Values and applicable program contracts, manuals, and guidelines.

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., M-F (Flexibility is necessary to support the goals of the program.)
Status: Full Time/37.5 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.03 - $20.00
