We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our team as a Maintenance Planner / CMMS Coordinator at our Toppenish, WA location.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing input and maintenance of all data that resides in Maintenance Connection (CMMS software system). The Maintenance Planner will be working closely with the Maintenance management team to support the ongoing efficient and reliable operation of site maintenance activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Maintenance Planner will be responsible to coordinate and help schedule the maintenance PMs & WOs at the plant.
• Maintain a full and complete equipment register for both equipment and components that is properly classified for data structuring and record retrieval.
• Will develop maintenance routines for all wear components, one machine at a time and enter this into the CMMS.
• Will cross reference all PMs to manufacturer OEM required standards.
• Responsible for setting up auto-reorder in the CMMS and ordering/receiving as needed.
• Will generate work orders and work packages as needed by departmental maintenance managers and assist the team as needed in the execution of these work orders.
• Verify and validate maintenance activities
• Track maintenance cost and make corrections to planning and scheduling as required
• Will manage the KPI's for the maintenance function
• Willing to spend time understanding the operations of the equipment in order to plan improvements on the same

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous use of a CMMS, or related base to plan and schedule work.
• High standards of housekeeping and organization
• The Maintenance Planner must have a roll up your sleeves approach, be willing to spend time on the floor in collection of information and troubleshooting issues.
• Requires a medium degree of technical and analytical skills.
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office suite
• Five years of related experience in maintenance and/or maintenance planning.
• Experience in the use of the Maintenance Connection or other CMMS.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

WAGE RANGE: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

BENEFITS: Competitive benefit package offered for regular (non-temporary/seasonal) employees (and qualified dependents) working 30 hours per week includes medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, 401k, PTO accrual up to 15 days per year, six (6) paid holidays annually, and three (3) floating holidays.
