Job Responsibilities
· Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term practice goals
· Assist in interacting with patients, clients, and prospective clients via the practice’s social media accounts
· Identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
· Design and implement a digital marketing plan and social media strategy
· Staying up to date with social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the practice’s marketing activities
· Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
· Visit referring offices to enhance the patient experience
· Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content for social media
· Possess strong knowledge and skill using Adobe Photoshop
· Plan community events, sponsorships, and fundraisers
· Evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measuring a campaign’s success against the KPIs
· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
