Are you looking for a people-focused role that will allow you to have an impact and effectively create change in a growing organization? Join BRG’s Recruiting team as a Campus Recruiter! This is a unique position that will primarily support campus recruiting efforts but will also provide the opportunity to work on experienced hire recruiting during the off season.

As a member of BRG’s Recruiting team, you will be responsible for hiring top-tier talent into our internship and entry-level programs. You will help drive the recruiting process by developing and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of academic institutions. You will be an integral member of the HAP recruiting team, which is comprised of HAP experts, consulting staff, and a Senior Recruiter. In this role you will coordinate all hiring activities including job postings, on-campus recruiting events, candidate screening, scheduling, interviews, and assessments, and track candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will participate in HAP’s ongoing assessment of our recruitment process, which has a focus on developing a diverse and forward-thinking talent pool that will meet future business needs, implement process improvements, and report on hiring metrics.
