YHB's Campus Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring students and recent graduates through various recruitment strategies. They host career days, attend college fairs, screen resumes, conduct interviews and assessments. This position will help identify, attract, and screen pipelines of qualified candidates to help scale and support our university hiring efforts. The person hired will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services to YHB’s business leaders and candidates performing full lifecycle university recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships.
