    YHB's Campus Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring students and recent graduates through various recruitment strategies. They host career days, attend college fairs, screen resumes, conduct interviews and assessments. This position will help identify, attract, and screen pipelines of qualified candidates to help scale and support our university hiring efforts. The person hired will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services to YHB’s business leaders and candidates performing full lifecycle university recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships.     Roles & Responsibilities
    • Managing full cycle university recruiting strategy and process including sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.
    • Ability to work simultaneously with hiring managers with a focus on articulating how you engage, evaluate, and ultimately hire the best talent for our organization.
    • Collaborate with Firm leadership and HR Team to assess immediate and long-term talent needs based on current staffing models and the current 5-Year Strategic Plan.
    • Utilize YHB’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and complete candidate records, efficient and effective procedures, that compliance activities are completed in a timely manner.
    • Track key recruiting and campus metrics to analyze the success of the program and continue to look at new and innovative ways to improve it.
    • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for campus recruitment practices and provide market intelligence in a timely manner to Firm Leadership by seeking development opportunities on newest talent acquisition strategies or tools.
    • Contribute to the design, management, and execution of YHB’s Campus Recruiting Program by actively participating in firm events and activities at key colleges and universities, including on-campus event planning and management, candidate identification and selection, candidate on-campus and in-office interview coordination, offer decision process, and internship and externship opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with career services and faculty at target schools via campus visits. Schedules and coordinates on campus presentations for targeted college organizations and fraternities (e.g., Beta Alpha Psi). Posts employment opportunities on college websites and on YHB website.
    • With direction from Firm Leadership, intern/extern committee, and broader HR team, lead developing and coordinating YHB’s annual internship and externship program.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to determine and communicate the campus recruiting strategy including school selection, faculty relations, pipeline programs, candidate care, establishing and managing hiring budgets, and meeting individual performance metrics. Identify opportunities to include senior firm leaders in campus recruitment activities.
    • Collaborate with HR Team in the design and facilitation of intern and entry-level candidate onboarding process to ensure a high level of candidate care and guidance occurs from point of acceptance to commencement of employment.
    • Work alongside Marketing to prepare branded swag, pamphlets, and presentations for on-campus events.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Desired Skills, Abilities and Characteristics
    • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
    • Ability to document communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS.
    • Ability to multitask and work on several open positions.
    • Establishing and maintaining a solid networking pipeline for various technical skill sets
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong internet research skills
    • Strong public speaking and relationship building skills.
    • Willingness to travel to multiple colleges and universities, to include overnight trips (approx.. 40%)

    Required Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
    • 3 years of experience in recruiting or relevant position
    • Relevant professional certification preferred, e.g., PHR, SPHR, preferred.
    • Experience with modern ATS products
    • Proficient with business software and technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
