The salary for this position is $140,000 to $155,000, based on experience and surgical abilities with an annual bonus structure (up to 20K per year).
As an Associate Veterinarian, you play a vital part in supporting the community, especially for clients and animals who may not have another accessible option for care.
This organization offers financial assistance to clients in need as well as partnering with outside funding groups to decrease the financial burden as possible.
Responsibilities of this role also include :
You will be responsible for providing care, treatment, and surgical services for client-owned and shelter animals. In addition, you will spend 70%-100% of your time at a full-service veterinary clinic seeing appointments and performing surgeries.
As a part of a multi-doctor team, this position works closely with the VP of Medical Services, fellow associate veterinarians and the medical support team in an effort to support the mission of the shelter.
