What You'll Do
You will research, source, screen, and manage the complete Recruiting Process for our clients in an A way, meeting recruiting timelines, providing top talent, and following best practice processes aligned to each client.
Your Accountabilities In The Role
You will research, source, screen, and manage the complete Recruiting Process for our clients' ensuring benchmarks and goals are met.
You will work to maintain and grow customer accounts through being a dependable, reliable HR resource.You will plan and complete work in a high-quality A way, targeting the guideposts and objectives of the customers and ensuring the due dates are met.
You will consistently review and update customer material, templates and other products to ensure they are "best practice" and legally compliant on-going for our internal team and customers.
Position Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Organizational Leadership or other relevant field preferred, or the equivalent in course work and / or direct Recruiting experienceCertification : Recruiting or Staffing Certification preferred (or in the process of completing would be awesome!)Experience : 0 - 1 years of progressive Recruiting experience preferred;
will train someone who is great with details and speaking with others.Functional Skills : Excellent at researching, prioritizing, planning, and executing well thought out work.
Able to learn, apply, and consult on tough or complex Recruiting matters and providing logical and compliant options that considers what is best for the clients and business.
Excellent multi project management skills, managing large amounts of data, and attention to detail - meeting due dates and business goals.
manages time well and projects wisely. Will possess a collaborative / positive personality to work with the team to continually enhance competencies together and deliver on best practices, while making work fun! Discrete with confidential information, flexible to meet customer needs, reliable in meeting work demands, highly compliant to ensure legal processes, and accountable for projects / work.
