Job Title: Campus Recruiter

Job Overview:

Our 3PL company is seeking a talented Campus Recruiter with experience in college recruiting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges across the country. They will have experience building relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote our brand and attract the best candidates for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges across the country.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote our brand and attract the best candidates for our organization.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and campus interviews.
• Partner with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Utilize social media and other digital channels to promote our campus recruitment efforts and attract candidates.
• Work with hiring managers and HR to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions that appeal to college students and recent graduates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to identify top talent for our organization.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in campus recruitment, with a focus on college recruiting.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of college recruiting best practices, including building relationships with academic institutions and student organizations.
• Experience planning and executing campus recruitment events, including career fairs and information sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to travel as needed to attend recruitment events and meet with candidates.
