    Job Description: Campus Manager

    Direct Supervisor: Church Administrator

    The Lutheran Church of The Good Shepherd (LCGS) Campus Manager performs activities and functions to manage building resources. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Manage day to day building use scheduling, negotiating agreements, and tracking payments.
    • Secure and maintain building contracts with vendors.
    • Work with Facilities Team & Custodian to ensure church property is functional and maintained.
    • Facilitate clear communication between building tenants and Church Administrator; Manage all health and safety components including emergency planning for the LCGS campus.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Excellent people skills: must have an attitude of genuine caring for people.
    • Maintain a cooperative team spirit with staff, volunteers, and congregation.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks and functions.
    • Demonstrates attention to detail, organization and accuracy in written materials.
    • High School Diploma, preferably with some post-high school education.
    • Solid understanding of software tools including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality with a high level of personal integrity and self-motivation.

    Job Type: Half-time / non-exempt

    Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
