O.S.T. certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Campus Police Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. To be a Campus Police Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Reports To: Custodial Maintenance Lead 

    Location: Campus Corner Apartments at Green River College

    Compensation: $14.49 per hour for up to 32-hours a week. Position not eligible for benefits

    FLSA Status: Student Non-Exempt

    Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM), with headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama, is a group of student housing professionals focused exclusively on the management of housing communities owned by non-profits and/or highly affiliated with a university.

     

    Summary:

    A Student Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting with the preventative maintenance tasks in the community.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • General cleaning of the grounds.
    • Replacing air filters.
    • Replacing smoke detector and thermostat batteries.
    • Replacing light bulbs.
    • Distributing items to apartments.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

     

    Qualifications: 

    • High school diploma.
    • Current student at Green River College
    • Ability to lift up to 30lbs and navigate up and downstairs.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal communication.
    • Possess strong customer service skills.
    • Must have troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
