- Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in criminal investigation techniques and evidence collection
- Familiarity with surveillance methods and equipment
- Leadership skills to take charge of situations and make sound decisions
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
- Experience in animal handling or care is a plus
