    Experienced Rental Agent

    Pay:

    Salaried Position, $75000 - $120000

    Mid Level

    Responsibilities:

    Provide outstanding Customer Service to existing and potential clients by being respectful, resourceful and responsive.

    Make Quotations, Invoice and Negotiate with existing and new Customers

    Develop relationships with working Producers and Directors of Photography in charge of allocating camera rental budgets on commercials, features, television shows, live shows and music videos.

    New Client outreach ( Business Development), schedule meetings with new potential customers.

    Check New Account Paperwork and Certificates of Insurance

    Assist in Directing prep techs in Pulling/Prepping Gear for Upcoming Customer Orders

    Relaying customer specific information for customers to Prep & Lens Technicians

    Communicate with in progress productions and on floor preps to trouble shoot issues and problems

    Assist in maintaining system for gear in/out

    Coordinate shipping of equipment for non local jobs

    Additional Tasks as Required

    Understanding of Cinematography and Production

    Understanding of how producers spend money for camera

    Photography Understanding ( plus)

    Adobe Creative Suite ( a plus)

    Microsoft Word ( a plus)

    Logisitics and Shipping Know how

    Experience:

    Motion Picture Camera Rental 1-3 years (preferred)

    Rentals 2-3 year(preferred),

    crossover experience from other rental business would be good i.e.: Production, Grip, lighting, heavy equipment etc.

    Education:

    Bachelors ( Preferred)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
