May be expected to maintain a variety of program/transmitter logs. Being a Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.     Requirements

    • Interface with high-profile clients, managers, and executives with utmost professionalism
    • Answer/roll a high volume of phone calls; Manage a high volume of email
    • Coordinate meetings
    • Prepare expense reports
    • Send and track client submissions/materials
    • Provide script coverage
    • Arrange travel
    • Effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels
    • Take initiative for additional responsibilities and special projects as they occur or as needed


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 6 months of full-time assistant experience at an agency/management company
    • Professional personal presentation (dress and verbal communication) is a must, as client interaction is common
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills, strong follow-up
    • Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Must practice discretion at all times and safeguard confidential information
    • Ability to make sound decisions efficiently and effectively using practical approaches
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
    • Avid consumer of media
