Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture operates videotape machines, disk-based file servers, camera control units, studio cameras, video switchers, audio mixers and other equipment used in the broadcast of live and taped television programming. May be expected to maintain a variety of program/transmitter logs. Being a Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. As a Camera Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating video cameras and related equipment during film productions or live broadcasts
- Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and props
- Collaborating with directors and other team members to ensure the desired shots are captured
- Understanding and implementing various camera angles, movements, and techniques to achieve the director's vision
- Maintaining and organizing camera equipment

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Experience with motion graphics and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of post-production processes to enhance video quality
- Familiarity with various types of cameras and equipment used in video production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
